Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, answer questions about products and services, inform guests about promotions and sales, and recommend products/services.
Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
Book appointments for services and support in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales goals.
Stay informed about new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
