Candidates should have a high school diploma and about 1 year of relevant experience; strong communication, tech proficiency with POS systems, and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with online orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver excellent guest experiences.
