• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, tailor service to needs, explain promotions, and recommend products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support in-store events delivering an unrivaled guest experience while achieving sales goals.
• Stay informed about new products and services to better assist guests.
