Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience in our store. You will engage guests, assess their needs, perform makeup applications and product demonstrations, and support sales through personalized service and knowledge of promotions.

Responsibilities include cashier duties, restocking, maintaining clean fixtures, and contributing to store goals through in-store events and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, devices).

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests to determine their needs and provide personalized service.
• Assist guests with purchases, questions, and product recommendations; support with exchanges/refunds as needed.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Maintain clean and stocked fixtures; assist with merchandise resets and in-store events.
• Support cashier tasks and online order processing; ensure accurate checkout experience.
