Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, assess needs, recommend products or services, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and assist with online orders and events to drive sales.

You’ll stay informed on new products, uphold store standards, and help maintain stock, cleanliness, and compliant procedures, including loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology and able to learn Ulta Beauty systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage to determine needs, answer questions about products and services, and promote promotions.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain store standards: replenishment, signage, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
