Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor in California to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll greet guests, assess needs, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and help guests discover products that fit their beauty goals.

You’ll support the leadership team with service and events, maintain clean fixtures, stock merchandise, and uphold store standards while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos
• Book appointments for services and in-store events
