Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest entering the store and tailor service to their needs.
• Answer questions about products and services and inform guests about promotions.
• Perform cashier tasks and assist with online orders, exchanges and refunds.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales and guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
