Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with cashier duties, and keep the store replenished and clean.

You will perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest satisfaction, while supporting in-store events and ongoing product knowledge sharing. The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests; tailor service to their needs.
• Provide outstanding guest service and assist with product questions and promotions.
• Handle cashier tasks, refunds, and exchanges, including online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis with guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed about new products and ingredients to advise guests.
