Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers in our Phoenix store.

You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, leveraging training Sally Beauty provides to guide customers on their beauty journey. The role emphasizes relationship-building, product recommendations, and accurate transactions while supporting store promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Able to read and explain product labels.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for sales and events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
