Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor in Phoenix to create memorable shopping experiences across hair color, cosmetics, skincare and nails. You will share product knowledge and guide customers through their beauty journey.

You’ll learn our culture values, assist with promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and process transactions accurately in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Clear communication with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to support customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
