Job summary

Sally Beauty is hiring a Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You’ll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, leveraging Sally Beauty training to become the trusted advisor on their journey.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to engage customers and explain products clearly.
Comfort with merchandising and stocking merchandise.
Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends.
Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
