Sally Beauty in Louisiana is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails and guide customers through their beauty journey, supported by Sally Beauty training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
