Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC in Stillwater, MN is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will use Sally Beauty training to guide customers on their beauty journey.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
