Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers in our Las Vegas stores.

As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, you will guide customers through hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, educate on products, enroll them in the loyalty program, and process transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear and concise communication with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to customer service.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work with various schedules to meet business needs.
