Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers in our Las Vegas store. You will help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, applying product knowledge and Sally Beauty training.

Build relationships, highlight promotions, and enroll customers in our Loyalty program. You’ll contribute to merchandising, transactions, and a welcoming store environment while exploring growth opportunities within the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to apply knowledge from product training to support customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
