Qualifications
- Customer-focused sales experience or willingness to learn sales skills.
- Ability to explain products and promotions clearly to customers.
- Comfort with handling transactions and stock/display tasks.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
- Recommend additional and complementary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
- Educate customers about and enroll them in the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate the Sally Beauty Culture Values.
- Support flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
