Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences. You will help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, guiding them through the journey with knowledge and friendly service.

Key responsibilities include building relationships, promoting promotions, setting up displays, enrolling customers in the Loyalty program, and processing transactions while upholding Sally Beauty values and adaptable scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Clear communication with customers, co-workers and management.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
