Job summary

Cosmoprof Beauty in Illinois seeks a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience across hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, guiding customers on their beauty journey.

You’ll build relationships, recommend products, share promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and complete transactions accurately, while maintaining a professional store environment aligned with our culture and values.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
