Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store, including consultations, demonstrations, and sales support. The BA will maintain clean, well-stocked fixtures, assist with events, and uphold Ulta’s service standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, performing makeup applications, guiding product selections, booking appointments, and collaborating with leadership to meet store goals. Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Passion for guest service and selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest, tailor service to their needs, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals.
