Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and assisting guests and recommending products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Handle cashier tasks, process transactions, and assist with online orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock fixtures, and participate in in-store events and merchandising.
• Protect assets and adhere to policies, procedures, and standards.
