Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships and educating customers on benefits and use.
• Drive sales and loyalty by maintaining an organized, shoppable space and leveraging clienteling tools.
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals with exceptional service.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Use POS technology to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience.
