Job summary

Luxury Method in Aspen seeks a Brand Ambassador to represent Augustinus Bader at Cos Bar Aspen. This part-time event support role focuses on education, engagement, and sales in a luxury retail setting.

You will convey the brand story, train retail partners, perform mini skincare demos, and maintain premium merchandising. Prior prestige beauty sales experience and a customer-first approach are preferred.

Hourly pay ranges from $28 to $32 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Confidently and authentically communicate the Augustinus Bader brand story, heritage, and innovative skincare technology.
• Educate customers and retail associates on product benefits, ingredient technologies, and personalized skincare routines.
• Drive sales through luxury consultations, product recommendations, and exceptional service experiences.
• Meet established sales goals while working independently in-store.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Cos Bar leadership and associates.
• Support product knowledge and brand awareness through ongoing education.
• Comfortable performing mini skincare consultations and product demonstrations on the sales floor.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure a premium brand presentation.
• Submit detailed visit recaps and provide insights to support business growth and customer engagement.
