Join Our Growing Beauty Brand as a Brand Ambassador!

Pay Range: $28-32/hr

Luxury Method, a division of CoWorx Staffing, is seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador to represent OSEA Malibu, a leader in clean, seaweed-infused skincare for over 27 years. As a key member of our expanding team, you’ll have the opportunity to share your love for clean beauty and wellness through education and sales with our partner accounts.

We’re looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales, a passion for luxury skincare, and a commitment to clean beauty. This role requires flexibility to travel within 30 minutes of your home to various store locations.

Responsibilities

• Confidently and authentically communicate the brand’s story, emphasizing natural and clean ingredients.
• Educate both employees and customers on product benefits and brand philosophy.
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and hands-on product demonstrations.
• Meet set sales targets while working independently in the field.
• Efficiently manage a schedule across multiple store locations.
• Provide support and guidance to retail partner staff.
• Comfortable performing mini skincare treatments on the sales floor.
• Submit detailed recaps, offering insights to enhance the customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail experience, particularly in beauty, wellness, or skincare.
• Esthetician license or hands-on skincare expertise. (preferred)
• Ability to quickly adapt to new platforms for scheduling and reporting.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage and educate.
