Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Beauty Advisor located in Alpharetta, GA. The Licensed Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering skincare consultations, and demonstrating makeup application techniques. Daily tasks include assisting clients in product selection, maintaining product knowledge, achieving retail sales goals, and ensuring an inviting store environment. This role requires a passion for beauty and the ability to foster personalized customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Cosmetology with strong Product Knowledge
• Exceptional Customer Service and Retail Sales skills
• Experience in Skin Care and makeup application techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work on-site at various shifts including weekends
• Previous experience in beauty retail is preferred
