Arbors at Stow is seeking a part-time beautician to provide cosmetology services to residents in our care community in Stow, OH. You will wash, cut, style hair and apply color while delivering compassionate, resident-focused service.

We offer a flexible schedule, rent-free salon space, and weekly or bi-weekly pay to support work-life balance. Qualified candidates should graduate from a school of Cosmetology and have at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Cosmetology.
• Licensing as required by the state.
• One year of experience as a beautician.
• Washes, cuts, and styles hair.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of a school of Cosmetology.

Licenses/Certification

• Licensing as required by the state of employment.

Experience

• One year of experience as a beautician.

Essential Functions

• Washes, cuts, and styles hair.
• Applies color and high-lights to hair.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization.

Skilled in the use coloring .

Ability to be patient and polite.
