The ideal candidate must be a graduate of a cosmetology school, licensed in Michigan, and have at least one year of experience as a beautician. Essential functions include washing, cutting, and styling hair, as well as applying color and highlights.

Essential Functions

• Washes, cuts, and styles hair.
• Applies color and highlights to hair.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization.
• Skilled in the use hair coloring.
• Ability to be patient and polite.
