This role supports the smooth operation of the business office by managing financial processes, staff onboarding and training, vendor and supply coordination, policy and procedure oversight, and administrative tasks such as record requests and scheduling. High School or Equivalent; College Degree IN Business Administration or related field strong preferred OR 4 years of equivalent work experience
3 - 5 years of experience working i n a hospital setting and at least l year of management experience
Familiarity with MS Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel. Keyboarding/typing and 10-key touch
Demonstrated abili ty to communicate effectively (verbal and written) w ith all levels of staff
Ability to demonstrate urgency, responsiveness and independently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast - paced environment
Proven project management skills , attention to detail , ability to i nfluence others . and strong organ izati onal skills
