Staffmark Group in Springboro, OH is hiring a Bearing Assembly Associate to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble quality bearings using hand tools, follow work instructions, and help keep production on schedule.

Monday to Friday shifts run 7 AM to 3 PM, with competitive pay and safety-minded operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of related experience, and a safety-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow written work instructions, production schedules, and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• 2 years of manufacturing/production or related experience.
• Experience with hand tools, measuring devices, or production equipment is beneficial.

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated with teamwork skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus; in-house training and certification may be provided.
