Premium Oilfield Technologies in Midland, TX is seeking a Bearing Assembly Technician to join our hands-on manufacturing team. You will assemble, rebuild, and inspect oilfield bearing assemblies used in drilling operations worldwide, with a focus on precision, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Oilfield equipment experience is a plus, but we\'re willing to train motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and rebuild oilfield bearing assemblies.
• Inspect components for wear, damage, and defects.
• Measure bearing clearances and critical dimensions using precision measuring tools.
• Install seals, races, rollers, retainers, and hardware to specification.
• Follow engineering drawings and assembly procedures.
• Complete quality inspections and required documentation.
• Troubleshoot failed components and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
