Job summary

Fort De Soto Hospitality in Pinellas County, FL is seeking a Location Supervisor to lead staff across concessions, rentals, and guest services in a park setting. This part-time role focuses on operations, revenue control, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will coach team members, assist with hiring and training, and coordinate with the General Manager to keep the location running smoothly while maintaining high standards of service and safety for visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years supervisory experience required.
• Club/Resort/National Park experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete location accounting functions including revenue reconciliation, bank deposit preparation, petty cash management, and invoice processing.
• Coach and develop all staff to ensure an understanding of job expectations and perform accordingly.
• Actively participate in company management team meetings contributing to a positive team environment.
• Develop new and innovative ways to meet the needs of diverse customer base and participate in location events.
• Address guest issues and consult with the General Manager about corrective action.
• Regularly walk the property and interact with customers in a congenial and positive manner.
• Support and understand the company’s management systems, policies, goals and initiatives.
