Job summary

Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach is seeking a dedicated kitchen steward to support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

You will assist with food preparation and plating as needed, ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced beachfront resort environment in Clearwater Beach, FL.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
