This outdoor role involves physical work, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and willingness to work peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays. You will collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in warm/hot environment.
• Ability to multitask and own assigned tasks.
• Team player with initiative and minimal supervision.
• Effective communication with guests, peers, and management.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills; emailing.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Stand for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Spot sweep trash and debris.
• Blow off lots and main walkways.
• Trash removal from beach.
• Emptying trash cans on property and the beach.
• Keep planting beds neat and manicured.
• Water planting as needed.
• Keep boardwalks clean and safe.
• Light pruning or trimming.
• Pressure wash high-traffic areas.
• Ensure site lighting works.
• Keep parking lots clean.
