Margaritaville Hollywood Beach is hiring a Greeter/Cashier to warmly welcome guests and assist with inquiries and cashiering duties. You will help create a smooth check-in/check-out experience and promote the resort’s guest service standards.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, accurate cash handling, and maintaining a clean lobby and cashier area in a lively resort environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs
• Efficiently handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and lobby

• Offer suggestions and recommendations for nearby attractions, dining options, and activities
