Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, A Hilton Resort & Spa, seeks an outgoing Bartender and Server to craft drinks and provide outstanding service. You will manage dining service and strive to create a memorable guest experience at a premier coastal property.

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending and serving experience preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of drink service and bar terminology.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
