Job summary

Solé Miami, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Beach Attendant to assist guests at the pool and beach in Sunny Isles Beach. You will provide chair, towel and umbrella service, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and uphold standards of cleanliness and safety.

In this role, you will work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and have access to benefits such as health coverage, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and employee discounts within the Noble House portfolio.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with pool and beach service, including chair, towel and umbrella service.
• Keep work station clean and organized at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Maintain towel card procedures and opening/closing duties.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure equipment is clean and arranged.
