Job summary

Margaritaville Resort Fort Myers Beach is seeking a Beach Operations Attendant to support all guest-experience aspects at the beach. This hands-on, outdoor role involves setting up and breaking down beach equipment, handling rentals, and assisting guests with transactions.

You’ll greet guests, provide information on amenities and safety guidelines, and deliver on-beach food and beverage service while coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and promoting recreational activities.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of beach equipment, including chairs, umbrellas, and amenities.
• Process payments and rentals; ensure accurate billing for services.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and provide information on beach amenities and safety guidelines.
• Provide on-beach Food and Beverage service as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized beach environment and address hazards.
