Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service position preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of recreational activities and sports.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to guests as Beach Lead.
• Organize and conduct recreational activities and events for guests of all ages.
• Assist with outdoor activities and guest experiences.
• Engage with visitors to deliver memorable experiences in a beachfront setting.
