Job summary

Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, part of Troon, in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, seeks a Beach Club Server to join our fast-paced, hospitality-focused team.

As a server you will deliver food and beverages, explain specials, take orders, use the POS system, and ensure guest satisfaction. A high school diploma (or GED) and basic English are required, with 1–3 months experience acceptable. We offer healthcare and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day to the guests and answers questions about menu items.
• Takes food and beverage orders, delivers items promptly after preparation, and follows up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains an organized workstation and uses the POS system for transactions.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance and participates in pre-shift meetings.
