Position Overview

Beach Bum Tanning is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and personable professionals to join as Sales Associates. The primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for clients. This role involves promoting our brand and services, achieving sales targets, and maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a welcoming experience.
• Assess clients' skin types to recommend suitable tanning equipment and lotions, explaining the process and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized tanning area, ensuring equipment and supplies are well-stocked.
• Upsell tanning lotions and products based on client needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Keep accurate records of client information and preferences.
• Open and close the salon on time.

Compensation

$16.75 + commission.
