Summary:

As a B2B Sales, Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our reach in the beauty industry by effectively selling a diverse range of products, including fragrances, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and personal care items. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a proven track record in wholesale sales, and experience within the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads and acquire new wholesale clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage potential customers, introduce product offerings, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Present and sell a diverse range of beauty products, including fragrances, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and personal care.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of wholesale sales experience in the beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, cold calling, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience selling beauty products such as fragrances, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and personal care.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
