Qualifications

• Ages 21 to 43
• Must have given birth to at least one child
• Uncomplicated pregnancies with OB/GYN approval
• Stable and supportive environment
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free
• No felony convictions
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided)
• Not receiving government financial assistance such as food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance
• No prior surrogacy experience required
