• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident
• BMI under 30

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through the surrogacy journey with medical, legal and emotional guidance.
• Participate in the intake process and ongoing support from the agency team.
• Ensure payments are received on time via the dedicated support staff.
• Attend monthly surrogate support meetings and work with a dedicated case manager and 24-hour emergency line.
