Job summary

The role supports curriculum planning, degree progress, and connecting experiences while collaborating with campus partners.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in higher education advising, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience advising students in higher education or student services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic academic advising for undergraduate students.
• Help students develop individualized academic plans and map degree progress.
• Explain policies and monitor degree progress and CE requirements.
• Maintain accurate advising records in university systems.
• Review BDP applications for completeness and eligibility.
• Represent BDP at recruitment events and assist with communications.
