Job summary

NearPoint is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our fintech and digital banking footprint in Murshidabad District, India. You will visit retailers, onboard merchants, promote AEPS and Micro ATM services, and gather leads for follow-up to fuel rapid growth.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in banking/fintech, strong communication, field-work enthusiasm, and a willingness to work in local communities with smartphone tools and data capture for sales execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Banking / Fintech / AEPS field preferred
• Experience in Spice Money, PayNearby, Roinet, RNFI or similar fintech company preferred
• Good communication skill
• Field work interest mandatory
• Smartphone mandatory
• Local area knowledge preferred
