Job summary

Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking an Automotive Call Center Representative to join our growing BDC team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and appointment setting for our service customers.

We are looking for a go-getter with professional communication skills able to thrive in a high-volume environment. Schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays; Sundays are closed. Training is provided and you will coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High-volume call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with customers on inbound calls, outbound calls and texting solutions to schedule service appointments.
• Maintain and follow our script and inbound call process to efficiently schedule appointments for our guests.
• Work closely with Service Management, Service Advisor and Parts Advisor teams.
• Ongoing on-site training of basic dealership guidelines and scheduling systems.

As an Automotive Call Center Representative/BDC Agent, you will handle inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting for our service customers. We are looking for someone comfortable with high volume calling, a “GO GETTER" and a professional well-spoken candidate. If you have experience in customer service, telemarketing, retail or sales then we encourage you to apply today! Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule: 40-hour work week, Monday - Friday with alternating Saturdays. Closed Sundays

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with customers on inbound calls, outgoing calls and texting solutions to schedule service appointments.
• Basic customer service follow-up calls after completion of service visits.
• Maintain and follow our script and inbound call process to efficiently schedule appointments at ease for our guests.
• Work closely with Service Management, Service Advisor and Parts Advisor teams.
• Ongoing on-site training of basic dealership guidelines and scheduling systems.
