The ideal candidate will convert internet leads into sales appointments, ensure customer satisfaction post-sale, and assist with achieving sales goals. Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in BDC or related sales.
• Ability to convert leads into appointments and sales.

Responsibilities

• Convert internet leads and vehicle exchange opportunities into appointments.
• Contact clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and review surveys.
• Assist BDC Director in achieving sales goals.
• Communicate with customers to identify their needs.
• Build rapport for a robust referral network.
• Respond to internet leads promptly.
• Achieve store goals with a closing ratio of 12-15% on leads.
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments.

Responsibilities

• Convert internet leads and Vehicle exchange opportunities into appointments that show and sell
• Contact clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction, as well as review customer survey
• Assist the BDC Director with achieving store internet sales and Vehicle Exchange goals
• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a robust customer network
• Answer internet leads in a timely manner by phone or email
• Reach store goals and produce a 12-15% closing ratio on internet leads
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for clients'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
