Rhythm CDJR in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our sales team. This role supports customer service and retail sales efforts, with a focus on delivering an exceptional car-buying experience.

Work schedule is 9am–6pm, with a compensation package including hourly pay of $16–$18 plus commission and access to Hudson Academy and benefits.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Base+Commission/month
