Job summary

Norm Reeves Dealerships is seeking a motivated BDC Representative at our Port Charlotte location. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, set appointments, and drive business to the sales team while delivering a professional experience.

This full-time, onsite role requires flexibility with Friday/Saturday hours. Compensation is hourly base plus uncapped performance bonuses, with an opportunity to earn up to $75,000 annually.

We are a fast-paced, customer focused dealership built on strong core values, looking for a motivated team and energetic BDC Representative to join our team. As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers – handling all inbound and outbound communication, setting appointments, and helping drive business to our sales team while delivering a professional and positive experience.

Schedule: Must have full availability including Friday's and Saturday's. Sunday's are on rotation! Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
