Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a BDC Support Supervisor in Groveport, Ohio, to be the subject matter expert for inventory controls at the Bulk Distribution Center.

You will monitor and mentor the BDC Clerk team, manage third-party logistics relationships, and drive timely resolutions of store claims and inventory issues. This role partners with cross-functional teams on Pro Orders, safety programs, and annual inventory reconciliation, while delivering strong service to stores and supporting

Qualifications

• Must have strong inventory management experience and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of clerks and coordinate with 3PL partners.
• Experience with store claims, billing reconciliation and Pro Orders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily debrief with BDC Clerks and resolve emergent issues.
• Monitor inventory snapshots and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate DC to DC RRAs with partner DCs.
• Review and research Holding Account reports and SOS performance.
• Provide customer service by addressing escalated inquiries from leadership teams.
• Support Pro Order management and weekly reporting.
• Lead weekly Inventory Snapshot workshops and bi-weekly calls with managers.
• Advise on adherence to safety and CTPAT rules.
