Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Bulk Distribution Center Support Specialist to work on-site at the Bulk Distribution Center. You will serve as a key contact between stores and the BDC, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to keep shipments moving smoothly.

Daily tasks include reviewing calls, emails, and claims, maintaining load plans, and producing reports for the BDC team. You will perform some physical tasks and support inventory activities as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 4 years of experience as a data analyst, operations support, or clerical role.

Responsibilities

• Review voicemails, emails, and claims for issues and provide status updates.
• Monitor load plans and requisition statuses for proper transmission and receipt.
• Resolve Purchase Orders and handle store/BDC inquiries and claims.
• Generate and send daily reports to the BDC Operations Team and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate master BOLs and arrange reverse logistics pick-ups as needed.
• Update systems with new items and remove dropped items in the BDC.
• Assist in monthly action plan meetings and annual inventory research.
